  • All jewellery is carefully packaged in a Clarity & Cut presentation box and securely wrapped for safe delivery.

  • No, we currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

  • You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In its original packaging (gift box, pouch, certificates, tags)

    • In resaleable condition

    Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days and will be issued to your original payment method.

    Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
