Returns Policy

We hope you love your new jewellery from Clarity & Cut Jewellers, but if there’s ever a problem, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily arrange an exchange for the same item.
Simply email us at sales@clarityandcut.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging (gift box, pouch, certificates, tags)

  • In resaleable condition

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days and will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Email us at sales@clarityandcut.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Please send your item back using a tracked and insured service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item is faulty, we will cover the return cost or reimburse standard postage.

Please Note

Exchanges are only available for faulty items.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Bespoke or custom-made jewellery is not available for purchase online and is therefore excluded from our returns policy.
